If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within the period described above, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution as designated by CS777. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative action.
